Implausible Product! It’s not for you at all
If you find our product unlikely or it’s not exactly what you ordered for, you opt for a Return / Exchange, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition along with the respective documents and tags. We offer money back in return subject to receipt of item at our location, and the return is applicable for the exchange of the product or store credit. A Return OR Exchange shall only be entertained if the product is returned back to us unworn (resalable condition), with respective tags and original packaging. However, you may look over the product and may try it on like any other physical store for inspecting the size and comfort level.
Postage and Packaging Charges
Postage and packaging charges are not subject to refund / reimburse under any circumstances, and the relative shipment cost of return must be borne by customer. It is recommended to pack it appropriately and courier it using the express service, which is secured and traceable at any point of time. We send you the acknowledgement once we receive the product(s) at our location. Also, it is strongly advised to contact us at email@example.com prior returning the product in any case.
